Nigeria is just a joke ....People do anything they like just to escape justice. Look at the letter written by Orji Uzor Kalu's lawyer asking the Appeal Court to allow the Federal High Court  Judge who was hearing Kalus case at the Federal High Court before his promotion to Appeal Court to continue hearing the matter despite his promotion and that bringing another Judge will cause Kalu a lot of pain cos the matter will be started afresh.  Unfortunately Kalu lost  before that Judge and when Kalu went to Supreme Court he turned around and claimed that he didn't get fair hearing and that the Judge who ruled against him didn't have the jurisdiction because He has been promoted to the Appeal Court and that the Administration of Justice Act which empowered the Judgment to be delivered by that Judge was Null and Void .Since its in Nigeria ,the lawyer who did this up and down will always get away with it.
